Vistas High School Program is an alternative public high school program based in unincorporated Harris County, Texas, United States, and part of the Klein Independent School District. Vistas serves grades 9 through 12. The program has a Houston, Texas mailing address but is not located in the Houston city limits. The Director is Peggy Ekster.
In 1993, project GRAD (Graduation Really Achieves Dreams) was founded at Davis High. The program provides scholarships to students as incentive to complete high school and enroll in college. The deaf program only serves up to the eighth grade at T.H. Rogers; the deaf program is continued for grades 9 through 12 at Milby High School in Houston. After 8th grade, Vanguard students go on to a variety of high schools with some of the most popular choices being Bellaire High School, Carnegie Vanguard High School, and Debakey High School.
