The reason for including the ingredients is that the "fun size" bars do not include an ingredients list. This is the size commonly given at Halloween. Snickers bars include partially hydrogenated soybean oil, a trans fat — an important fact. A specific ingredients list in the lead would be unattractive, so it goes in its own section.
