Donald W. Norcross (born December 13, 1958) is an American politician and labor leader who is the U.S. representative for New Jersey's 1st congressional district in South Jersey. A member of the Democratic Party , Norcross was first elected to this congressional seat in 2014, following the resignation of Rob Andrews .
