Donald W. Norcross (born December 13, 1958) is an American politician and labor leader who is the U.S. representative for New Jersey's 1st congressional district in South Jersey. A member of the Democratic Party , Norcross was first elected to this congressional seat in 2014, following the resignation of Rob Andrews .
The incumbent was Republican Thomas Kean Jr., who flipped the district and was elected with 51.4% of the vote in 2022. [1] The Hill called the election for Kean at 12:03am on November 6, with 52.5% of the vote to Altman's 45.7% with 95% reporting. [124]
