Alexandra Margo Sholler (born 27 September 1986), known professionally as Alison Wonderland, is an Australian electronic dance music producer, DJ, and singer. Her debut album, Run , was released on 20 March 2015, which peaked at No. 6 on the ARIA Albums Chart and was certified gold by ARIA .
Run received generally positive reviews from critics. Dylan Stewart from The Music gave Run 4 out of 5 stars, stating; "Alison Wonderland's take on the modern electro genre throws any concept of subtlety out the window, a blessing considering the washed-out pretence with which some of her contemporaries (BANKS, Grimes, Sky Ferreira) flirt."
Nicole Otero of Gigwise complimented Loner ' s "intricate sounds and disarming and raw feelings supporting wickedly clever lyrics" as well as its blend of "emotional content" and "anthemic drops", calling it Wonderland's "best album to date" and writing that it will "inspire her fans to look ahead to a better tomorrow".
Awake is the second studio album from Australian electronic DJ and Producer Alison Wonderland. It was released on 6 April 2018 via EMI Music Australia. The album features four singles: "Happy Place", "Church", "No" and "High". In August 2018, Wonderland announced a 4-date national tour commencing in Brisbane in November 2018. [2]
