Again, just a quick-and-dirty search, but Google news has 29 articles since 2006 which have "koran" and "congress" and ("oath" or "swearing in") but not "ellison", and they are virtually all false positives or articles about another subject (like "Democrats Take Control of Congress") which mention Ellison as "a congressman" without saying his name.
