J.J. Fad is an American female rap group from Rialto, California. The name was an acronym of the original group members' given names (Juana, Juanita, Fatima, Anna, and Dania), but when the line-up changed the tradition developed that it stood for Just Jammin', Fresh and Def. [1] The group was backed by DJ Train (Clarence Lars).

Due to changing label personnel, the band were signed and dropped twice by Warner Records, causing delays to the release of both albums "Rialto" and "Night On Earth". Jody Adams (born c. 1956/1957) [1] is an American chef and restaurateur. Adams owns and operates TRADE and Porto in Massachusetts. She was owner and executive chef of Rialto in Cambridge, Massachusetts, for over 20 years.
