They kill Ghidorah and save planet Earth from Kilaaks. After, Minilla and the other monsters return to Monsterland.
Anguirus was reintroduced in Destroy All Monsters as an ally and best friend of Godzilla living with him on Monsterland, a role that Anguirus maintained throughout Godzilla vs. Gigan, Godzilla vs. Megalon, and Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla.
