Lawrence McCutcheon (born June 2, 1950) is an American former professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL) for the Los Angeles Rams from 1972 to 1980, the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks in 1980, and 1981 with the Buffalo Bills, reuniting with former Rams head coach Chuck Knox.
McCutcheon signed with the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent on May 5, 2022. [6] He was waived by the team on May 17, 2022. [7] McCutcheon was re-signed by the Rams two days later. [8] He made the Rams' initial 53-man roster out of training camp. [9] On August 28, 2023, McCutcheon was waived by the Rams as part of final roster cuts. [10]
