You should not upload a non-free image if there is a reasonable expectation that a free image does or ever could exist. The Coca-Cola logo (the quintessential example of a trademarked but not copyrighted logo) is used on the Coca-Cola page, but not the Pepsi Cola page – so no trademark problems result. For Wikipedia purposes, a "public domain" image does not need a non-free content rationale in order to be used.
The content was licensed on or after 1 August 2021. The licensing date is considered, not the creation or upload date. The content is primarily a photograph, painting, drawing, audio or video. The content is not a software logo, diagram or screenshot that is extracted from a GFDL software manual.
The only copyright involved is the copyright of the photographer of the 3D image. This image has two copyrights involved, so needs to be replaced with one that is WP:FREER. To upload an image, use the Wikipedia:File upload wizard. When uploading an image, you have to: make sure the image is published under a free copyright license; clearly label the origin and the copyright license of the image. Before uploading images, read the image use policy. Most images on the Internet are copyrighted.
