Most subdural hygromas are believed to be derived from chronic subdural hematomas. As much as it looks odd going to the lymphangioma code, which is a benign neoplasm code within Chapter II; this is were the trail for Hygroma points too. And can be verified by searching for hygroma on the online edition of ICD-10 (the 2016 version at time of writing).
