According to the article dill is used for 'Borsht' in Poland. Well, i'm from Poland and i have never seen dill being used in any of the two common borsht varieties (in poland we have white and red barszcz (borsht) ). What we do have is "Zupa koperkowa", which is simply 'Dill soup'. It is a soup based on stock, dill and milk/cream.
