The text says that the picture comes from the end credits. It actually appears just before the start of a Buster bunny solo cartoon. In Buster's solo end tag in the series, he didn't have a carrot at all. Another giveaway is that the name 'Tiny Toon Adventures' is around Buster. In the end credit gags, the name of the show never appeared.
