DSK Shivajians Football Club [2] (founded as Shivajians Sports Club) [3] was an Indian professional football club based in Pune, Maharashtra. [4] [5] [6] The club was owned by the DSK Group, and competed in the I-League, [7] [8] then top tier of Indian football league system. [9] [10] It has also participated in Pune Football League. [11]
On 11 March 2017, Mawihmingthanga scored his first professional goal against Mumbai. He found the net in the 83rd minute as DSK Shivajians went on to win 5–0. [7] He then scored his second goal of his career a month later against East Bengal on 17 April 2017. His 29th minute strike was the only goal in a 1–0 victory for DSK Shivajians. [8]

DSK Shivajians F.C., a football club founded in 1987 and dissolved in 2017, was based in Pune, India. [citation needed] DSK International Campus was established in 2008 to offer educational courses in the field of animation and video gaming. [citation needed] DSK Entertainment is the IP creation and entertainment arm of the DSK Group.
DSK Shivajians were announced as the direct-entry club for this season on 12 November 2015. [ 5 ] In August 2015, it was first reported that Pune clubs, Pune , and Bharat , the direct-entry side from the previous season, would be withdrawing from the I-League due to the lack of a "long-term vision" for the league. [ 6 ]
