No, no, no. I had the same discussion on the German Wikipedia some 2 years ago: There are TWO universities in Namibia: UNAM and IUM. Polytechnic is not a university, the Colleges of Education are now part of UNAM (and have never been universities), and the rest are backyard teaching shacks that are in no way notable.
