The wedding begins and after Sanji and Pudding arrive at the venue, Streusen brings out the wedding cake with the altar at the top. After arriving at the altar, Sanji and Pudding begin exchanging vows. Following Big Mom's plan, Pudding reveals her third eye to Sanji who says that it is beautiful, something that no one else has said to her before.
Sanji (サンジ, Sanji), born as Vinsmoke Sanji (ヴィンスモーク・サンジ, Vinsumōku Sanji) and also known as "Black leg" Sanji (黒足のサンジ, Kuro Ashi no Sanji), is a fictional character in the One Piece franchise created by Eiichiro Oda. He is the vice captain of Monkey D. Luffy's pirate crew, the Straw Hat Pirates.
Sanji goes to rescue the Straw Hats, and manages to open their cage by having Mr. 3, who was swallowed by one of the Bananagators, copy the key with his Wax-Wax Fruit powers. The room floods, but the Straw Hats swim to safety. Luffy orders Zoro to save Smoker, and he allows them to escape for the moment as they race to stop the rebellion.
They encounter a kraken, and Caribou provides Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji with the Flutter Kick Coating suits, enabling them to fight it. The trio defeats the kraken using their new techniques, but the crew is sucked into the current. Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji are separated from the group. The Straw Hats officially enter a dangerous part of the sea.
In the meantime, Luffy, Nami, Chopper, Brook and Pekoms will go to retrieve Sanji, while Kin'emon, Law, Kanjiro, Raizo and the rest of the Straw Hats and the Heart Pirates go to Wano. Luffy is shocked to find Pekom's dwelling has collapsed but thankfully the latter is unharmed thanks to his Turtle-Turtle fruit ability.
Luffy discovers the junkyard is named the Gray Terminal. Luffy runs after Ace when he steals the treasure and run into Sabo, a boy who lives there. Luffy discovers the stolen treasure and is tied up. Luffy screams and Porchemy, a member of the Bluejam Pirates, finds them. Luffy, Ace and Sabo escape, but Luffy is captured by Porchemy.
The remaining 4 episodes give insight into the fates of Luffy's crew, while Luffy with Hancock's help, who fell in love with him, travels to Impel Down, the world's largest prison, to save his adoptive older brother, Portgas D. Ace, from execution. The season initially ran from July 5 through October 11, 2009 on Fuji Television in Japan.
Luffy and Zoro perform a move that acts similar to a cannon and blasts a hole through the wall of the tidal wave ahead of them, opening up a channel for them to pass through. They miraculously pass through unscathed and the passengers rejoice. Sanji contacts the rest of the crew and fills them in on his current situation.
