Las Grecas [1] was a Spanish musical duo of Flamenco - rock formed in 1973 by two romani sisters, Carmela Muñoz Barrull (Valladolid, July 19, 1954), and Edelina Muñoz Barrull (Madrid, February 17, 1957 - Aranjuez, January 30, 1995), better known as Tina.
Ramirez was born in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1929, [1] where her father, the Mexican bullfighter Jose Ramirez, known as Gaonita, was appearing. Her mother, Gloria Cestero, was the daughter of a politically active Puerto Rican family and subsequently became a leader in the Puerto Rican immigrant community in New York City. [2]

[5]Having taken part in the 1972 National Song Contest to chose Ireland's Eurovision song singing Don't Need Your Sympathy, she represented Ireland in the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest.
