Wilshire/Vermont station escalator, one of the longest in the world. The station is located where the B Line and D Line converge on their way to Downtown Los Angeles.The station is designed with two platform levels: eastbound D and B Line trains (to Union Station) use the upper level, and westbound D (to Wilshire/Western) and northbound B (to North Hollywood) trains use the lower level.

Vermont/Beverly station is an underground rapid transit (known locally as a subway) station on the B Line of the Los Angeles Metro Rail system. It is located under Vermont Avenue at its intersection with Beverly Boulevard, after which the station is named, near the border of the Los Angeles neighborhoods of East Hollywood and Wilshire Center.

The B Line — a Metro Rail (rapid transit line) operated by Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) on a heavy rail subway route. A 16.4 mi (26.4 km) subway operating between Downtown Los Angeles ; via Mid-Wilshire and Hollywood ; to North Hollywood in the eastern San Fernando Valley .

Hollywood/Western station is an underground rapid transit station on the B Line of the Los Angeles Metro Rail system. It is located under Hollywood Boulevard at its intersection with Western Avenue. The station serves the East Hollywood area including Thai Town and Little Armenia. [4]
The line was rerouted on May 9, 1920 [4] and given the letter designation B the following year. [5] [6] Tracks on 9th Street were taken over by the N Line and the remaining service was merged with the Ascot Line, a previously unconnected route which ran by way of Main Street, 12th Street, Hooper Avenue, a private right-of-way alongside the Santa Monica Air Line, and Ascot Avenue.
