    Hello everybody. I really want to improve my vertical leap and was thinking of buying Air Alert 3. However, i have heard lots of bad reviews about that program like it messes up your knee and you'll be stuck in a wheelchair by the age of 40 or something. I have been weightlifting for about 2 years but i do not train my legs very often.

    also i agree that air alert messes up your knees, even AA4 which is supposed to be like better, and teaches you how not to have injuries, it still causes people problems. but i dont agree about jumpsoles. there is a certain exercise that you do with ankle weights and jumpsoles that has tremendous results.
