Windows update converted to the updated Edge. The previous version of EDGE the Temporary Internet File Location was: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\#!001\Cache. Now with the new EDGE browser that location is blank.
