Dude, nice find! I called the 855 327 7057 number on three lines (mobile and 2 Google lines) and got through on my 5th try, waited for 18mins and a soft spoken female took care of my issue in less than 3mins (PUA, no suspension, no fraud, balance remaining, reopen claim on EDD homepage). Big virtual pat on the back, thank you again!

You basically dial the EDD number in your phone: 1 (800) 300-5616 but before pressing call you also add a bunch of commas like ,,,,, and the toptions ou want to use (1,1,3,4) and then press call. Some have reported connecting quickly using this method though like I said it did not work for me.
Thank you for the info I do find it odd that the number doesn’t pop up in google. She also called me five times which I don’t think an employee there had time to do and answered the phone after 5. It’s very sketch to me. I will call the regular number and see if this a legit person in the morning. Thanks everyone.
I found this in another thread and it worked! To reach a Tier 2 person at the California EDD dial this number: 833 978-2511 and as soon as you can choose number options dial 1341 all at once. It put me on hold for less than 10 minutes and I got to a Tier 2 operator who helped solved the problem. I called right at 8am in the morning.

i’ve seen a lot of people ask about how to get through to the edd, specifically tier 2 specialists. i wanted to share how i’ve reached them! once the prompt “select one of the following” starts, press 1 3 4 as fast as you can. it normally takes 5-10 times for me to get through, but i’ve gotten through around 8am, 4:30pm, and 6pm. it works with either edd phone number! if you don’t ...
