The Leonard Reid House is a historic home in Sarasota, Florida, United States. It was originally located at 1435 7th Street. On October 29, 2002, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The frame vernacular residence was built in 1926 on Coconut Avenue [2] in Sarasota's Overtown neighborhood.
The historic designation was given on December 15, 1982. The district is bounded by Sarasota Bay, Tamiami Trail (U.S. Route 41), Parkview Avenue, and North Shore Drive. The district contains 18 historic buildings and 5 structures as well as contributing factors.
