Black Jack is a second-ring suburb of St. Louis, located in northern St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. The population was 6,929 at the 2010 census. In 1821, a hybrid County and Probate Court was established and given executive and legislative control, and in 1830, its probate functions ceased.
