The Hornell Police Department officially welcomed its two newest officers during a swearing-in and badge pinning ceremony held at the department on Wednesday afternoon. Police Officers Taylor Waite and Derek McCumiskey took the Oath of Office and were sworn in by Hornell City Clerk Amy Patrick.
