    Nope. BMW owns the rights to the name Rolls Royce and traditionally supplied the engines for them. Audi owns the factories along with the mascot and the grill shape trademarks. But since they couldn't build them without engines they agreed to let BMW sell cars under the RR name while Audi kept the Bentley mark for itself.
