Duangporn "Bo" Songvisava (Thai: ดวงพร "โบ" ทรงวิศวะ; born 1979 or 1980) is a Thai chef and restaurateur. She and her husband, chef Dylan Jones , own and operated Bo.lan , a restaurant in Bangkok's Thong Lo neighborhood.
According to Thai chef Bo Songvisava, the broth includes a sour ingredient such as sour tamarind (som makaam), bilimbi (taling pling), nipa palm vinegar (nam som jaak), or roselle flowers (dok krajieb sod) in a chili paste including krill paste (kapi), coriander root, fish sauce, and shallot. [1]
At the Theatre of Feasts, Wonder Feasts were presented by Gaggan Anand of Gaggan (voted number one in Asia on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list in 2015 and 2016), [55] and Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones of Bo.lan.
