Moore Theatre is an 1,800-seat performing arts venue in Seattle, Washington, United States, located two blocks away from Pike Place Market at the corner of 2nd Avenue and Virginia Street. The New Washington Hotel on the northeast corner of 2nd Avenue and Stewart Street replaced the Hotel Washington that was razed in the first phase of the Denny Hill regrade. To its left is the Moore Hotel of 1907 and across the street to the right is the Hotel Washington Annex, later the Gowman Hotel and Stewart Hotel (demolished).
