Lake View School District #25 was a school district headquartered in Lake View, Arkansas. Its schools were Lake View Elementary School (K-6) and C. V. White High School (7-12). [1] In 1992 the school district sued the state government, accusing it of unevenly funding school districts. [2]

Lake View is a city in Phillips County, Arkansas, United States.The population was 443 at the 2010 census.Because there is also a Lakeview in Baxter County.The original settlement name was "Turkey Scratch" from the 1850s to the official declaration of the town's namesake was in the 1920s.
Covering nearly 4,400 acres (1,800 ha) on either side of Arkansas Highway 84 north of Old Town Lake, the area was developed in the 1930s by the Resettlement Administration as a rural community specifically developed for African-Americans. Roads and houses were built through the area, and a successful farming community eventually arose.

The Russellville Downtown Historic District encompasses an eight-block area of downtown Russellville, Arkansas. This area, developed primarily between 1875 and 1930, includes the city's highest concentration of period commercial architecture, a total of 34 buildings. Most of them are brick, one or two stories in height, and in a variety of styles.
There were 1,287 households, out of which 23.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.7% were married couples living together, 9.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 38.4% were non-families. 35.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 19.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
