A charitable for-profit entity is an organization with a charitable mission but legally organized as a for-profit corporation. Both benefit corporations and Low-profit limited liability companies (L3C) fall under this category. As well as generating a profit, a charitable for-profit entity concentrates on setting a social objective.

A corporate entity is not excluded from this guideline if it is not-for-profit, state-owned, or a public–private partnership. The guideline, however, does not apply to a band, published work title, etc., that is named as if a corporation but is not one (e.g. Public Image Ltd, Scandal Incorporated, Murder, Inc.).
Correct misinterpretations of free images. One of the main complaints about free images is lack of quality when compared with a promotional images. That is not true: there are very good free images as shown by Wikipedia:Featured pictures. In the case of replaceable images, it is possible that a promotional image will look better than free versions.
