How reliable is Rockauto in terms of NGK plugs etc? I brought Bosch Rotors off them last month. 0 issues with that. But, I don't think you'd be able to tell the difference between Duralast rotors and Bosch. I think Autzone sells NGK Laser Iridium Spark Plug 96964 for $26.49/piece. Rock is selling those same plugs for $13.20/piece.

There is no option now to return, but "authorized" is listed on the item grid, but the part is listed at the bottom as "non-returnable". I think you should have answered that question with a big, fat, "NO". I'm sure they mean installed and used for a period of time. If it doesn't fit then it wasn't installed and used.
Rockauto is the best online site for parts that exists. It usually gives many choices for any available part usually with a picture (s). It tells you upfront the cost with shipping. You can utilize their catalog to get part numbers to shop elsewhere. They are easy to deal with if you know what you need and order the correct part.
