External second display wrong size. I have two extra displays connected to my laptop, and my largest one (technically a TV but whatever) is appearing the wrong size relative to my internal laptop display. My laptop's display is set to 1920x1080, and my TV is at a recommended 1366x768. Here are two pictures showing my situation.
Some have "Game mode", "Auto resize" or something like that. Try on the TV menu -- there's usually an option somewhere like "automatic re-size", or fit to screen or similar. You'll probably need the TV handset to get into the setup menu. Should be a load of Picture / Video configuration options in the TV setup menu.

I don't know if bullet's issue was resolved, but I'm having a similar problem after installing Windows 10 today. I have no options beyond 1280 x 1024 on my 21" monitor, so I'm stuck with about 1" black bars on the top and bottom, and 1.5" on either side. This is irritating because it was fine on Windows 7 before I ran the install.
