Wisconsin Horse Council is our parent organization and the sole member of the WSHC Equine Foundation. WHC Board of Directors are elected to serve on the WSHC Equine Foundation Board of Directors, along with non-WHC individuals.

The WHC’s mission is to support current equine activities within the state, educate all equestrians on the latest information related to the horse industry, and proactively map the future growth and development of all things equine-related in Wisconsin.
We are the proud owners of the Midwest Horse Fair, attracting 50,000 people each April at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI. We have college scholarships, horse trail grants and sponsorships available to members.
