Director, Wisconsin Buckskin Horse Association: Laura Jagdfeld. Laura Jagdfeld is the director representing Wisconsin Buckskin Horse Association (WBHA), organized in 1972. WBHA is a non-profit club dedicated to the advancement of the Buckskin Horse and its members within the state of Wisconsin.
Over the past 11 years the Trails Committee of the Wisconsin Horse Council has provided training in trail creation and maintenance. We have brought to the state of Wisconsin a trail expert to educate individuals in the construction of ecologically sound and sustainable multi use trails.
