Dolphin is a free and open-source video game console emulator of GameCube and Wii [27] that runs on Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S. Dolphin isn't officially supported on either the Xbox One or Series X/S. It simply just seems to be through a dev mode that they intend for devs to use to develop UWPs for the system. Also, the source doesn't mention Dolphin and instead mentions RetroArch , which while it can play GameCube games, isn't Dolphin.
