Route 192 is a 5.71-mile-long (9.19 km) state route in the U.S. states of Connecticut and Massachusetts, serving the southeastern suburbs of Springfield.It connects the Hazardville section of the town of Enfield, Connecticut, to the town center of Longmeadow, Massachusetts.

Route 190 starts at Route 75, in the town of Suffield as Mapleton Avenue. The road then bears right onto Thompsonville Road to connect to Route 159 (East Street). After travelling south on Route 159 for 0.6 miles (0.97 km), it turns eastward again on Hazard Avenue, crossing the Connecticut River from Suffield into Enfield on the Enfield-Suffield Veterans Bridge.
