Buenos Aires was created on 26 June 1914 by Ley 31. [2]The district was originally inhabited by the Boruca natives. The settlement of peoples of Europeans descent began in 1870, when they began building a road from El Guarco to Boruca.
The institution was chartered on September 24, 1886, as the Banco Hipotecario Nacional (National Mortgage Bank) by a bill (Law 1804) signed by President Julio Roca. [5] The bank pioneered mortgage lending on extended, low-interest terms in Argentina, and thus contributed to consolidating a modern Argentine economy (a policy centerpiece of the Generation of '80, as Roca and his allies were known).
Club del Personal del Banco Hipotecario Nacional, mostly known as Banco Hipotecario, is an Argentine sports club based in Villa Celina, in La Matanza Partido of Greater Buenos Aires. The club was established in 1956 by employees of Banco Hipotecario , the main mortgage bank of Argentina.
Its development was preceded by the Tren de la Costa, a 16 km (9.9 mi) tourist light rail line inaugurated in 1995, and connecting Vicente López (just north of Buenos Aires) with the northern suburbs. [1] Following an investment of nearly US$400 million, the Parque de la Costa was inaugurated on April 10, 1997.
A law of 26 June 1914, created a canton by the name of "De Osa". This new entity encompassed much of the national territory of southernmost Costa Rica. Buenos Aires was created on 29 July 1940 by decree 185, segregated from "De Osa". [1] The remaining territorial extension is now Osa canton.

Costa Rica ratified the convention on 23 August 1977. [3] It has four World Heritage Sites and one site on the tentative list. [3] The first site in Costa Rica listed was the Talamanca Range-La Amistad Reserves / La Amistad National Park, in 1983. In 1990, the site was expanded to include the sites across the border in Panama.
