St. Lawrence College (SLC) is a College of Applied Arts and Technology [6] with three campuses in Eastern Ontario, namely Brockville (1970), Cornwall (1968) and Kingston (founded September 1969). It is affiliated with private Alpha College of Business & Technology in Toronto and Canadian College in Vancouver.
Brockville is situated on the land which was previously inhabited by the St. Lawrence Iroquoians [3] and later by the Oswegatchie people. [4] Brockville is one of Ontario's oldest communities established by Loyalist settlers and is named after the British general Sir Isaac Brock.

Grenville Christian College is a former private boarding school located in the rural community of Maitland, some 8 km (5 mi) northeast of Brockville, Ontario, on the bank of the St. Lawrence River. "[1] The independent university preparatory school was composed of upper, middle, elementary and primary schools.
