bp is tied for fastest way to kill flowers. open claw into whip/scy, then knock it as close to 101 hp as you can, use crystal halberd spec and try to hit 100+ to finish it off skipping the last flower phase. Chally can max 126 in max gear. My pb is 0:30 I only used scythe, chally and bp.
When you decide you want to grind barrows for tank legs (or whatever your heart desires) go make a portal room, and make a permanent barrows teleport in your player owned house. It will make the grind way faster! I think you need 83 magic, but can boost from 78. Good luck.
Low effort method for getting a sub-30s Hespori kill with <100m gear. Prep: Protect from Magic and Piety quick-prayers, Arceuus spellbook for Resurrect Greater Ghost. Rejuvenation pool required if you value your sanity. Wake up Hespori and use the blowpipe to kill all 4 flowers. As you do this, summon the ghost.

I’ve found the best way is just to do farm runs every day. I did herbs and snape grass to 99, planted only the trees I got from drops, and always did my hard contracts every day. That method has me swimming in more Hespori seeds than I can use. It looks like trees are your best bet. Any kind of tree or seaweed.
Best Meele gear you have, slash weapon, and I personally use a BP to quickly attack the flowers, but MSB works or darts. Pray mage, and bring 5-6 food and maybe a prayer potion. Every 33% of its health the flowers will open up and you have to attack them each once before you can damage the Hespori.

Farming pet at 182M xp and 1401 Hespori seeds. Gz. I got mine at 14m. Couldn't imagine getting almost 200m. Hespori seed is the best metric. As ~500 is rate, so OP was nearly 3 times dry. If you just do XP patches (fruit trees, trees and big slow patches) you actually don't hit rate till very close to 200m.
