My Print screen / prt sc / screenshot function does not work. Well it doesn't show any signs that it's taken a photo and no photos show up anywhere. IF there is an "Insert" key, it may act like a PrtScn. Open web page. Alt key + Insert > Open Paint > Click Paste. Workaround (Not to be confused with what you want - a workaround is "an idea to consider" so you can get closer to something that works):
