I have same problem in changing default browser to Microsoft Edge from IE. But, the improvement in my case is, I can change the default browser from Settings--> Default Apps--> Browser (which works perfectly). But practically it is not changing when I run below commands in Powershell in Admin mode.

Hello everyone. So I want to make a completely new start with Microsoft Edge like it's in a fresh Windows install without Microsoft Account logged in. Except I want to keep my Microsoft Account logged. The reason is my current configuration with all the unnecessary bookmarks and other things is too much convoluted for me.
Yeah, I hate to say it but I haven't succeeded either. It's been set to Bing on my Chrome mobile browser now for the days but no joy.
