Like vans stores from an outlet mall. They also have regular prices but most of them have a section of sales or stuff like BOGO or BOGO 50%off. Ive even found “special edition” ones like Simpsons and Harry Potter after they were sold out online, and for like $30. Maybe you can google if there are any outlet malls near you.
Vans for Gym - advice. Hi. I'm looking for a pair of vans for the gym, lighting weights, deadlifts, etc. I tried Vans Old School in canvas material, but the canvas is still so stiff and feels hot in them. I previously had a pair of TNT suede, super comfy and breathable, but unfortunately, Vans stopped making them.
Hailing from the Midwest I love Vans but it seems a majority of people don't wear them. They rather rock a pair of Nike, Jordan, or Adidas athletic shoes. I lived out west for a year and noticed that it seems to be reversed and that Vans are more normative and you'll see them everywhere. The price tag can't be matched either.

In my classics I use a dr scholl’s 3/4 insole with arch support. I think they cost about $15, and they make the classics feel a lot more comfortable. I can wear em all day at work with no problem. May want to specify which type of Vans. I put Superfeet Blue insoles in some Vans Chukka Lows. Those Vans didn't have the sole glued down, though. AVE pro are the comfiest for me. I’ve heard people say they are too tight on their feet though. ultrarange as everyone else has said. Day in and day out for me at work 9-10 hour days. Great comfort compared to my 'fun' Vans. Of the pairs I've worn I've gotta go with Vault Old Skools. They're like walking on a cloud.
