Most corporations simply route complaints received at head office back to the local management to deal with. However since the complaint is usually about local management it's not hard to see that complaints ultimately end up being tossed in a shredder. You'll never hear back.
Unfortunately going to Krown is no guarantee of a good application either. For example, there are countless examples of lousy Krown applications being done where rubber components weren't properly pre-treated during the application process, leading to adverse consequences / repairs.....

When I tried to find any contact I found this: "RockAuto is a completely online company. We do not have a customer service phone number to provide assistance over the phone. All of our customer service resources are available 24/7 online!" I don't want to call them.
