I am just getting into reloading and had a question about buying my first die set. I am trying to decide between the RCBS 3-die set (20904) and the Redding 3-die set (80209) for my Marlin 45-70. I have read that both seem to be really good brands, but most people seem to give the edge to...

So I'm starting to switch my seating dies over to micrometer adjustable competition dies for better consistency... For the most part Forster Ultra does. However, Forster doesn't offer a 7.5 Swiss die and Redding doesn't look like they do either. I’ve noticed that RCBS does make a micrometer...

Is anyone having an issue with RCBS dies? We have broken two of the resizing does from RCBS for the .338 Lapua. After 30-40 rounds pressed into the dies, when the brass is released from the die, the die cracks. These were both purchased from local large sporting goods stores (one broke, exchanged it for another, and broke that one yesterday).
ok, this question clearly shows i am (or soon to be) new to reloading. i've been wanting to begin reloading as a new hobby. i had heard that the lee deluxe kit was a good starter. then just get the dies for what i shoot. so i put it on my birthday list to my wife. now it seems most all i read...
Stag10 in 6.5CM - RCBS Small Base dies in 6.5 Creedmoor Tikka T3x in .223 - RCBS Full Length dies in .223 Hornady and RCBS say two different things when it comes to setting up the resizing die on a press. Hornady says raise the ram to the top of the stroke (with shell holder installed) thread die until it bottoms out on the shell holder and ...
