As this is not an article about a part of a port, but about a whole port, we should at least name the article to the port and not to a 'part of the port'. What's more, Zeebruges is part of the municipality of Bruges, and the whole harbour area lies in the communal area of Bruges. In fact Zeebrugge is founded to be the new port of Bruges.
