Akridge Scout Reservation, operated by the Del-Mar-Va Council, Boy Scouts of America, is located on 85 acres (0.3 km 2) of farmland in Dover, Delaware, [16] and is the first Boy Scout camp in Delaware. Groundbreaking took place on September 17, 2011. [17] The first event held there was a Council Jamboree on May 4–6, 2012. [18]
