I put about 10 pepper corns 1/2 teaspoon of salt whole dried mexican peppers a dried basil and then pack the fish about 1/2 in below top of jar. Add a few more corns and then olive oil. I pressure cook it for 100min at 11psi. That is the recommended setting for a presto pressure cooker for fish. End result is awesome.

I finish my smoked salmon in the oven just to kill bacteria. I put mine at 180 or so. Being a the medical field..... you want to make sure you go over the 141 degree temp for your food. Anyting below you're not killing the bacteria. Just a thought.
