The Hyatt Regency Chicago is a 365-foot-tall (111 m) Hyatt hotel on East Wacker Drive in Chicago, Illinois. The hotel operates over 2,019 guest rooms in two different towers which were constructed in 1974 and 1980. The towers are connected by both an above-ground skyway and an underground concourse.
The Hyatt Grand Central New York is a hotel located at 109 East 42nd Street, adjoining Grand Central Terminal, in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City.It operated as the 2,000-room Commodore Hotel between 1919 and 1976, before hotel chain Hyatt and real estate developer Donald Trump converted the hotel to the 1,400-room Grand Hyatt New York between 1978 and 1980.

Frank Kelly Design Architect, Emad Khaja Project Architect, Resident Architect, Garry Whitney, Interiors, Project Associate, Ben Worley of the design house ‘3D International’ of Houston, Texas designed the building for Abdul Wahab Galadari.

[4] When Jay died in 1999, the family split the business into 11 pieces worth $1.4 billion each [4] (choosing to settle a lawsuit from two family members, who apparently received $500 million each in 2005).
