Albert Champagne (June 5, 1866 – October 12, 1937) was a Saskatchewan rancher, hotel-owner and political figure. He represented Battleford in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan from 1905 to 1908 and in the House of Commons of Canada as a Liberal from 1908 to 1917. He was born in Ottawa in 1866, the son of Séraphin Champagne.
Born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan in 1941, [1] he attended high school in North Battleford and Saskatoon. He obtained a B.A., B. Ed. with Distinction, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Curriculum Studies from the University of Saskatchewan. Kowalsky began his teaching career in 1961.

NcNair was born on 15 May 1919 in Springfield, Nova Scotia, the son of railroad engineer Kenneth Frank McNair (1891–1973) and Hilda May (née Grimm; 1898–1983). The family moved to North Battleford, Saskatchewan, during the Great Depression.
The Battlefords is the collective name given to the adjacent communities of the City of North Battleford and the Town of Battleford in west-central Saskatchewan, Canada.As of the 2011 census, the two communities have a combined population of 18,744 and a total regional population of 19,623.
