Renovation of the Copernicus. We have been in Warsaw’s Powiśle district for nearly 14 years. During this time, we have expanded our activities, redesigned the interiors, completely changed exhibitions, and created new ones. We want visiting Copernicus to be not only inspiring but also comfortable.
In the Copernicus Science Centre due to exhibition scale, we recommend to plan visit up to 2 hours before the closing time. (From August 19, 2024, due to renovations in the Planetarium, the "Exhibitions + Planetarium" ticket is excluded from the offer until the Planetarium reopens.)
Your visit in Copernicus Science Centre. Copernicus is closed due to the renovation of the air conditioning and ventilation systems. The exhibitions will reopen in November, and the Planetarium – in the new year. The ticket offices are closed one hour before the closing of Exhibitions.
Discover interesting phenomena, solve scientific puzzles, conduct experiments, learn more, and feel like a scientist under the watchful eye of our explainers. Our Workshops are short classes conducted in various parts of the Copernicus Science Centre.
Science, but different. One-time and cyclical events. Get carried away by science. Let's have fun, together! Copernicus is closed due to the renovation of the air conditioning and ventilation systems. The exhibitions will reopen in November, and the Planetarium – in the new year.
How to visit. Without barriers. FAQ. The Copernicus Science Centre is not a museum. There are no glass cabinets or guides to show you around. Rather, it’s a space that will inspire you to observe, experiment, ask questions, and look for answers. It’s up to you what you take home.
You can purchase individual tickets to the Copernicus Science Centre and planetarium online at bilety.kopernik.org.pl (1.5 hours before the planned visit at the latest) or on presale for a specific date at the ticket offices (we sell tickets around 4 months in advance).
