    Hello. I had a total left hip replacement 7 days ago. I think I’m doing ok, but like others feel like I’m sitting in a brick, it’s not painful just weird. Leg length difference feels strange too. When I stand up straight I feel like I can feel the implant. I’m walking 30 mins a day and doing exercises. Not sure if this is too much.

    SFCE in both hips, pins in L hip. Surgeon was honest and said they are making better parts and procedures every day. Keep in mind this was over 30 years ago. He took surgery seriously and didn't hesitate to let me know how major of a surgery it was, complications and the having to do it again possibly 2 more times if I stayed active and alive.
